| DeliveryDeliveryWe offer a FREE* home delivery service - direct from our factory to UK mainland addresses only. If your delivery address is hard to find, e.g. a rural or remote area or an unusual address, please supply any additional information that will help our carrier to find you. If we are unable to deliver your goods due to incorrect information being provided, we will make a carriage charge of 10% of the invoice for your goods to re-deliver your order. We do offer an option to have your order delivered to an alternate delivery address that may be more convenient for you. Delivery Times:We will do our very best to get your purchase to you as soon as possible. To give you a guide we show approximate delivery times against each item on the product pages, but these can vary according to the product and / or manufacturer. You will be notified immediately of any possible delays that we are made aware of. We aim to deliver all orders within 28 days. If we are unable to meet the 28-day deadline, we will proceed with your order only if you are in agreement that this is acceptable.
